| Search for listings on your own! If you are looking for the most user friendly search engine for homes in North Texas, see "Search the North Texas MLS for your new home" under the "Property Search" tab at the top of any page. Because it comes directly from the MLS, this information is more current that anything else available on the internet. If you find something that interest you, give me a call and I'll make an appointment for us to see it or run a market analysis to show you what it should sell for.

| Choose Your Lender Carefully! I can't over emphasize the importance of working with a reputable lender. Because interest rates are low, the market has been flooded with mortgage companies and brokers looking to cash in. Everyone wants a great deal, but choosing a lender simply because they advertise the lowest rates can cost you a lot of money in the long run. It can even cost you your dream of owning a new home. I recommend working with a local mortgage broker because they know the housing market and local appraisers. No matter what any advertising promotions promise you, the market, the appraiser, your credit history, and your income are the real factors that ultimately determine your loan approval and your interest rate. I don't get paid for referring business to a lender. But when I refer the lender, I know my clients will be treated fairly, that they will get the best interest rate possible, and that the transaction won't get stalled by a lender that can't get their loans closed. Let me refer you to someone we can both trust.
